Yes we are licensed with the Construction Contractors Board, and are also bonded and insured.
-
No. High pressure strips granules from composition shingles and can force water under them. We brush off the heavy moss, treat what remains, and wash at low pressure.
-
We brush off the large moss growth, clean the gutters and downspouts, then apply a treatment that kills remaining moss at the root. Loose moss sheds with weather over the following weeks. A preventative treatment after the cleaning helps keep it from coming back.
-
After a proper cleaning and preventative treatment, moss should stay off for about two years. Shade and heavy tree cover can shorten that.
-
Yes. Gutters and downspouts are cleaned as part of the roof job.
-
Yes. Debris still collects on and under covers. If the covers have failed, we will say so and can remove them as an add-on. We do not reinstall covers after a full removal. If they are working, we clear the top and open the sections over the downspouts.

Once or twice a year for most homes. Properties under heavy trees often need two cleanings.
-
Not at high pressure. Siding is soft-washed: a cleaning solution at low pressure so paint, lap siding, and trim are not damaged. High pressure is reserved for concrete, pavers, and similar hard surfaces.

We collect payment after the job is complete. We accept check, cash, ACH, and cards. Cards include a 3% processing fee.
