The Good-As-New Process

  1. Debris is removed from your gutters and roof valleys by hand or with a blower.

  2. Each downspout is checked for clogs and then flushed.

  3. Once your gutters and downspouts are cleaned we clean up any debris, leaving your yard looking better than when we arrived.

  4. Gutter brightening (removing staining from the exterior of your gutters) is available as an added service and will make your gutters shine like new!

Common Gutter Cleaning Questions

  • Our technicians clean gutters by hand from a ladder or from the roof, using an air blower when needed. Residual debris is removed at the time of service so your property is better than we found it!

    We clear your downspouts and ensure proper downspout performance.

  • Gutter covers and filters can reduce how often cleaning is needed, but debris still collects on and under them and can cause overflow. If your covers have failed, we’ll tell you and can remove and dispose of them as an add-on. We don’t reinstall covers when full removal is required. If they’re working as they should, we’ll clear debris from the top and open the sections over the downspouts to confirm they aren’t clogged.

  • You bet! We recommend getting your gutters cleaned once or twice a year depending on nearby trees.
