Professional Roof Cleaning

Extend the life of your roof

Moss buildup is not only eyesore, it can damage your roof and shorten its lifespan. Persistent moisture and unchecked moss growth can lift your shingles and allow water to enter your home’s waterproof envelope. Roof cleaning is a great way to increase your home’s curb appeal.

The Good-As-New Process

1. We establish a temporary roof anchor so work can be completed in a safe manner.

2. Large moss growth is gently brushed away from your roof, improving its aesthetics while accomplishing an important step in roof maintenance.

3. Loose moss, leaves, pine needles and other debris are removed from your roof. Your gutters and downspouts are cleaned to ensure your roof system is working optimally.

4. Any remaining moss is treated with an industry proven solution that ensures the remaining moss is killed at the root. This moss will shrivel up and fall off naturally in the coming weeks.

5. A preventative treatment is recommended to prevent moss from returning.

6. Your grounds are cleaned of any debris from your roof and will look better than when we arrived!
